In-Store vs Online – Not quite the battle you might think.

Alexander Babbage conducted primary research in April 2014 for the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) comparing in-store shopping behaviors with online shopping behaviors. ICSC used this infographic as a full-page ad in The Wall Street Journal in advance of RECon, the shopping center industry’s annual global event, to communicate the research results. As you can see, in-store shopping is still alive and well, and still thriving.
