How to Correct, Amend or Delete Personal Information or Update Preferences?

You may cancel your registration or update your preferences at any time.  Certain unique identifiers used to track usage information of our applications will remain the same even after you delete cookies and web data, reset the data associated with the application, and uninstall or reinstall the application.  These unique identifiers consist of a number or alpha numeric string and may be unique to your device, but do NOT include personal information.  If your subscription to the Services, such as the Tru Trade System, is terminated or expires, your user information account will be archived pursuant to our information policies, however, your user account will be disabled.

 

What about the use of the Services by visitors under the age of thirteen?

This Services are not directed to individuals under the age of thirteen (13)(nor minors in general), and we request that visitors under the age of thirteen (13) not provide any Personal Information.

 

Privacy Policy Changes:

Any changes to our Privacy Policy will be posted on or imbedded in the Services.  All changes are effective as of the date we post the revised Privacy Policy on the website or in the products or other services.  Usage of the Services indicates acceptance of any revised Privacy Policy.
