Ana

As a Director of Client Insights, Ana is responsible for managing the research process from initial discovery to final delivery ensuring that our clients receive actionable insights to their most pressing questions. Ana brings 15+ years of B2B, B2C, agency and client-side experience in all areas of marketing research, brand strategy, competitive intelligence, new product development, and consumer/shopper insights. She is a polished communicator with strong critical thinking, analytic, organizational and interpersonal skills.

Corporate-side roles include UPS, The Home Depot, Walmart and Eastman Kodak. At UPS, Ana worked as the Global Brand Strategy and Sponsorships Manager where she was responsible for research that informed the strategy for the global expansion of UPS My Choice®, as well as all research to support Sponsorship decisions, minority small business strategies, etc.

At The Home Depot as Sr. Manager Multicultural Insights she leveraged the Customer Experience tracker to uncover opportunities to grow THD’s share of the $11B Home Improvement Hispanic market and influence retailer choice. At Walmart she led all research for the relaunch of Great Value, a $16B brand; and informed the strategy for a store within a store concept, among other high impact studies.

Ana is a native of Mexico City with experience as a moderator and in-depth interviewer in English and in Spanish. She earned a Master of Science in Marketing Research, (Magna Cum Laude) from The University of Texas at Arlington, and a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Marketing (Summa Cum Laude) from Texas Christian University.
